About this site

This site is operated by Win Siwa, LPC, CAMS-II, EMDR Trained, doing business as Relationship Abuse Recovery. It provides educational resources, self-paced courses, live programs, and information about therapy services.

Educational information and therapy

Courses, workbooks, articles, and quizzes provide education and reflection. They are not a diagnosis, crisis service, or substitute for medical, legal, financial, or individualized mental-health advice. Using the website, purchasing educational material, or completing a quiz does not create a therapist-client relationship. A therapist-client relationship begins only through the practice intake and consent process where services are legally available.

Location and eligibility

You must be at least 18 to create an account or purchase an offering. Therapy availability depends on where the client is physically located and where the clinician is authorized to practise. Current website intake is limited to Colorado and South Carolina. Educational courses, workbooks, and quizzes may be available more broadly as described on each offering page.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for protecting your login information and for activity under your account. Course, workbook, recording, and worksheet content is licensed for the purchaser’s personal use unless an offering states otherwise. Do not republish, resell, share account access, disrupt the site, or use its content to infringe another person’s rights.

Groups and confidentiality

Participants must respect the privacy of other group members and must not record, publish, or share another participant’s identity or statements. The practice can require a participant to leave when conduct threatens safety, privacy, or the ability of the group to function.

Purchases, access, and refunds

Prices, included materials, access periods, payment timing, and any refund terms are shown on the relevant offering and Refund Policy pages at the time of purchase. Payment must be successfully authorized before paid access is provided. You are responsible for reviewing those terms before purchasing.

No guaranteed outcome

Experiences and outcomes vary. Testimonials and examples do not promise that another person will receive the same result. Decisions about safety, relationships, health, finances, and legal matters remain individual and may require help from an appropriately qualified professional.

Crisis support

This website is not monitored as a crisis line. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. In the United States, the National Domestic Violence Hotline is available at 1-800-799-7233 or by texting START to 88788.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated by posting a revised date and revised wording on this page. For questions, contact clientcare@relationshipabuserecovery.com.
