Clinical clients receive the full HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices at intake through TherapyNotes, a HIPAA-compliant practice management platform. This notice describes how medical information about you may be used and disclosed and how you can access that information.

Clinical records are maintained for the retention period required by Colorado and South Carolina state law and HIPAA regulations.
