Quick Exit

The recovery room for women healing from abusive relationships.

A weekly group, a recovery library, and a monthly circle, all focused on abuse recovery basics, from wherever life is: Colorado and South Carolina.

$77 monthly · RSVP required · Colorado & South Carolina residents

WHAT IT FEELS LIKE FROM THE INSIDE

“I keep telling myself it wasn’t that bad. Everyone else seems fine.”

“If you’ve been asking yourself ‘is this normal,’ it’s not normal.”

“I know I need to leave, but I don’t know where to start, or how to do it safely.”

“Maybe it’s me. Maybe I’m just too sensitive.”

Some recoveries cannot happen alone.

After enough articles, enough podcasts, enough conversations with friends who run out of patience before the story runs out, the work still waits. Recovery from a toxic, controlling, or abusive relationship is not a thing one woman can read her way out of.

For the woman still up at 1 a.m., replaying the same conversations and asking if maybe she was the problem: this is the room.

In your first 90 days inside The Recovery Room, you will have:

  • Language for what happened. Stop tiptoeing in your body.
  • A weekly room where the silence opens, and you find someone who knows the terrain.
  • A recovery library, worksheets, and guided meditations, updated every month.
  • A private community of women who have actually lived this, not just read about it.

WHAT’S INSIDE

Everything that holds the work.

A weekly 90-minute group call

Live on video or audio, with no more than 18 women in a call, held at the same time each week so it can become part of your routine.

The full course library, in self-paced modules

Every course in the catalog is available while your membership is active. Courses purchased separately remain yours for life.

A monthly letter from me, direct to your inbox

Not a newsletter. A short, personal note on what recovery actually looks like this month.

A 15-minute welcome call

Before your first group, a private 15-minute one-on-one welcome call so you’re never walking into a room of strangers.

BONUS

Member sub-forums

Threads organized by stage, before leaving, leaving, and after, so you find people at your exact point.

BONUS

The Anchor Kit

A practical collection of grounding prompts, safety-planning tools, and next-step exercises to return to whenever you need support.

Two weekly calls, kept small.

Pick whichever call fits your week. Both run the same format: guided reflection, then open floor.

Now, not in six months.

0.Six months of waiting is six months of the same 1 a.m. spiral, on repeat.

1.The next opening isn’t further away because you waited; it’s the same either way.

2.You don’t need to have it figured out to walk in the door.

3.The room fills slowly; there is space for you this week.

4.Whatever brought you to this page today is still true tomorrow, so today is as good a day as any.

Month-to-month. No lock-in.

What ending looks like

No contracts, no cancellation calls, and no exit interviews. Skip a month, come back a month, or leave for good, whenever it’s right, with a simple email.

Everything you might be wondering.

Is The Recovery Room therapy?

No. The Recovery Room is a peer-support and psychoeducation membership. It is not therapy, group therapy, crisis care, or a substitute for individual treatment.

Which group do I attend?

Choose the Colorado or South Carolina 90-minute weekly call that fits your schedule. Each call is capped at 18 seats, and you may switch when needed.

Do I ever have to speak?

No. You are welcome to sit quietly, listen, and keep your camera off for as long as you’d like.

Will my face be in the recording?

Only if your camera is on. Audio-only and camera-off participants are not identifiable in recordings.

What is included in The Inner Circle?

The Inner Circle is limited to 12 members and includes one private 30-minute 1:1 check-in each month, plus everything in The Recovery Room.

Can I leave if it’s not for me?

Yes. Membership is month-to-month and you may cancel by email without a cancellation call.

Is there a scholarship option?

Yes. Ask quietly on the intake form if the standard rate is a barrier.

You can sit at the back of the room. You can watch the recordings before you say a word. You can leave any time.

Before you join, you can watch a recording, quietly, at your own pace, from anywhere. If it feels right, the next room is a week away.
