Care shaped around your needs
IOPs & Evaluations
Explore planned virtual intensive outpatient programs for women in Colorado and evaluation options to clarify clinical or referral needs. Begin with an inquiry so we can discuss fit, availability and next steps.

Three programs. A personal treatment plan.
An intensive outpatient program provides structured treatment while you continue living at home. A clinical assessment determines whether this level of care is appropriate for you.

What participation looks like
A consistent weekly rhythm
Planned live virtual treatment meets three days each week. Confirm session times and attendance expectations with intake.
Care shaped around you
Assessment, treatment planning and individual check-ins help connect the work to your needs and progress.
A private place to participate
Plan for a reliable connection and a space where you can speak privately. Discuss any safety or access barriers with intake.
Clear costs before you start
Insurance accepted for eligible services. We verify benefits, any required authorization and expected out-of-pocket costs before treatment begins.
From interest to treatment
01
Join the IOP Waitlist
Tell us your program interest and a safe way to contact you.
02
Talk with intake
Discuss eligibility, availability, scheduling and costs.
03
Complete an assessment
A clinician reviews your needs and recommends an appropriate level of care.
04
Confirm your next step
If admitted, review your start date, orientation and treatment plan.
A waitlist request does not guarantee admission or reserve a treatment start date.

Evaluations
A clear assessment can help guide treatment or respond to a specific referral question. Ask about the evaluation you need before booking so we can confirm suitability, requirements, report scope and fees.
Evaluation inquiry
Comprehensive Substance Use / ASAM Evaluation
A review of substance use, functioning, strengths and support needs to inform clinical recommendations and an appropriate level of care.
Tell us the purpose of the evaluation and any specific referral requirements. A DUI or DMV requirement needs separate confirmation.
Evaluation inquiry
Co-occurring Mental Health & Substance Use Evaluation
An integrated assessment of mental health and substance use concerns, their impact on daily life and recommendations for coordinated care.
We will clarify the interview, records review and any additional assessment needs before scheduling.
Evaluation inquiry
Court-related Behavioral Health Evaluation
An evaluation request focused on an agreed behavioral health question from a court, probation office or other referring professional.
Before scheduling, we must confirm the requested scope and the recipient’s evaluator and report requirements. Acceptance and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
An evaluation inquiry is separate from an IOP admission assessment. We confirm the service and its requirements before scheduling.
From inquiry to evaluation
01
Tell us what is needed
Select an evaluation type or Not sure. Share the deadline and referring organization if relevant.
02
Confirm the scope
We will review suitability, location requirements, needed records, fees and the agreed deliverables.
03
Arrange the evaluation
If the request is accepted, you will receive instructions for secure paperwork and scheduling.

Will a court or agency accept my evaluation?
Before scheduling, confirm the recipient’s evaluator and report requirements. Acceptance or a particular outcome cannot be guaranteed.
